Overview

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days after receipt of your product. To be eligible for a return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your request exceeds this 30-day window, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange, except in documented special circumstances.
Note: This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our official website (https://eu.makera.com/). For items purchased through other channels, please contact the original seller for after-sales service.

How to Request a Return & Refund

Depending on your order status, please follow the guidelines below:
Order Status Policy Covers Return Fees
Placed but not Shipped In this circumstance, please email us to cancel your order at info@makera.com within 24 hours. Through this way, you will get the total amount you paid as quickly as possible. Please remember not to open a chargeback, because in that way your refund time will be lengthened, and a portion of the handling fee (charged by your paying bank) will be deducted from your refund. No fees apply.
In Transit In this circumstance, you should email us to intercept your package at info@makera.com as soon as possible. We will try to intercept the package. Successful interception is subject to carrier capabilities, this is not guranteed. Customer is responsible for interception fees and additional duties incurred. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delivered Please send an email to info@makera.com. We will help you with your return or replacement process soon. · The product must fit the conditions of return and replacement below. You need to pay a service fee and the return shipping cost. Change Of Mind Return Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and applicable restocking fees (except for quality issues).
Manufacturing Defects Makera will cover all return shipping costs

Restocking Fee

For non-defective returns, the following restocking fees apply based on the condition of the returned item:
  • Within 14 calendar days: You don't need to pay for the restocking fees.
  • Between 15 and 30 calendar days: You will have to provide the original receipt and pay a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

*The percentage of restocking fee mentioned above is based on the total price of goods, including tax and shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges Process

Step 1: Contact info@makera.com for return or exchange approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Step 2: Receive Instructions. Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Step 3: Pack & Ship. Pack the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the package. Ship the item to our designated return address.

Step 4: Inspection & Resolution Upon receipt and inspection:
  • Returns: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Exchanges: Your replacement item will be shipped, and a new tracking number will be provided.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually 3-5 business days), we will process your refund and send you the relevant proof by email.
  • Currency: All refunds are issued in Euros (EUR).
  • Processing: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank’s efficiency.
  • If you haven't received your refund for a long time after we process it, please check with the paying bank.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Machines and accessories after 30 days of receipt or used more than 50 times are no longer eligible for return.
  • Packages with visible wear or damage are unable to be returned.
