1. Shipping Area

We currently deliver to the following regions: the EU. We’re working to expand our delivery coverage as we find reliable logistics partners in new areas. If your location isn’t listed, please reach out to us at orders@makera.com for inquiries.

2. Duty & Tax

Makera will pay for all the tariffs. Our customers do not need to pay any customs or duty fees. If you are charged with tariff fees by customs, please contact us for help or reimbursement. (orders@makera.com)

The displayed prices of products sold in Makera EU store are VAT inclusive. We collect VAT according to the local policy of your shipping place and you can see the details on your order. After complete your order, you do not need to pay VAT to customs or local authorities. If you are charged with VAT to customs or local authorities, please contact us for help or reimbursement.
For business owners with tax-exempt status, deals can be made at tax-exempt prices. Please click here to apply
*Standard shipments are sent via ground express or sea freight.
Upgrading to air freight may incur additional taxes, duties, and customs charges, which are not included. For a detailed quotation, please email orders@makera.com.


3. Shipping Time

The order processing time is approximately 3 business days after placing the order.

Our production warehouse is located in China, with regional shipping warehouses in Germany.

Note: Currently, all CNC machine orders for the EU region are fulfilled from our China warehouse due to temporary stock unavailability at our Germany warehouse.
Estimated transit time is 31–80 days depending on destination and logistics conditions. We are actively restocking our Germany warehouse to improve delivery times.

For orders shipped from the factory, as a desktop CNC is a very heavy machine, we prefer shipping by sea freight. Transportation usually takes around 31-80 days, which might vary depending on your area.
The time for air transportation is about two weeks. If you want to upgrade to air transportation, you can email orders@makera.com for consultation.

4.3 Accessories

€10 for orders under €100. Free shipping for orders over €100. For orders over 20 kg, the default shipping method for free shipping is sea freight. If you require faster delivery and wish to upgrade to air freight, additional charges will apply. Please contact info@makera.com for details.

Dust Collector not included.


4.4 Dust Collector

Due to the special size of the cyclone dust collector, shipping fees are calculated separately. Please see the chart below for details.

5. Shipping Notice

For special shipping requests, contact Makera Support at orders@makera.com.

Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order. If you need to change the address after shipping, we cannot guarantee the update will take effect, and you may bear any risks or costs involved. Orders can only be shipped within the country of purchase.

Makera is not responsible for delays or rejected deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal to receive, or wrong contact information.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, or disruptions to transportation systems).
  • Confiscated or rejected shipments due to transportation regulation violations.
  • Deliveries attempted on weekends or holidays or in restricted-access areas (schools, gated communities).


6. Shipping Tracking

Items in order might be shipped in separate packages.

After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a “view your order” link to track your shipment. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or add orders@makera.com to your safe list.


7. Inspection and Sign

Since Makera products are valuable, inspect your package for damage before signing. If the package is damaged, do not sign or open it. Instead, contact Makera Support.

Once the package is signed for, we assume acceptance of the product. To ensure your protection, we recommend recording the unboxing and checking all items according to the packing list. If there are any issues, contact Support within 24 hours.


8. Important Notes

1. Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order. If you need to change the address after shipping, we cannot guarantee the update will take effect, and you may bear any risks or costs involved.

2. If you change your mind midway, please don't just reject the package. To cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation
(info@makera.com) and we will handle the return for you in accordance with our return/refund policy. We do not assume the risk of loss or damage to the package arising from the rejection.

3. Consignees are responsible for additional delivery charges for failed deliveries or rejected packages.
